:/

Described as a '1963 Alvis' in the episode but not sure it is right and the wreck has a B-plate (1964).

Most photos show a S1 TD21 as sold Sept 58 to Dec 61. S2 had recessed fogs and other changes until Oct 63 TE21 which had stacked double headlights etc. So this is still good for TD21 S1, despite the B plate and onscreen dialogue. Glass's gives details of slight S1 tweaks in Oct 60 - "larger sidelights, quarterlights with chrome surround" (plus "over-riders blocked in at rear") but I can't decide what's shown here for those details.

However the plate info may solve things - if the "white" 1961 ASN 886B died in 1994 (at least 3 years before filming and maybe longer), then the wreck was already a derelict, maybe burnt-out so no paint left. So the blue could be another car (which looks functioning in some shots) with maybe the wreck given a coat of blue paint to go bang with or other tricks which mean no Alvis died here - just a corpse given a makeover.
