What?? Some modern headlights usually have different halogen base fitting from European version. I am not quite sure about the headlight beam pattern in European version from what we have in this example. Nowdays, we have asymmetric beam pattern in our market identical to European version. |

It's not hard to see the headlights through the brush guard. |

Look at a American version from the same year: /vehicle_160860-Chevrolet-Blazer-1998.html . See the difference? |

You are comparing apples to oranges, the Blazer in that link has its DRLs on. The DRL on these vehicles use the high beam headlight (inboard light) at a reduced wattage. The Blazer on this page has its regular low beam headlights (outboard light) on. |

well there are a couple of issues with your reasoning, one both of these are screen shots of movies so the lighting is probably not 100% accurate. 2, the color of the light varies by different lamp manufacturers and also different based on the age of the lamps. And third, and probably most important is that the 1998+ Chevrolet Blazer uses the same HB3/9005 and HB4/9006 lamps in both the European and the USDM markets. |
