This is a postwar US Packard Custom Eight Long wheelbase seven passenger sedan by Henney 1948-9( Model 2226 of the 22nd series).There were no Packards 180 after the war. |

No. There is absolutely no evidence of Packard giving dies or plans to the Soviets. There is, however, ample evidence of the Soviets reverse engineering a 180 to design the ZiS 110. If you look at the 180 and 110, they look nothing like the Custom Eight. |
