Truck is a 47-53 Chevrolet. I believe it would be a ton and a half? |

Then it's probably the 4100. Link to "forum.imcdb.org" |

I keep looking at the bottom of the door, it does not look like a GM cab to me. |

It IS a GM Truck 47-53. The GM's had a "wrap under" door which this one clearly has. You can also tell by the fender that it's a GMC or Chevrolet. It's definately a GM truck 1947-53. Possibly 54 or 55 1st series, but more likely 53 or older. -- Last edit: 2007-04-09 04:45:23 |

If they reused the same truck for the second movie, which is well possible, here is a front view: Well done for the identification if you did not check that one earlier, as it was identified as 1947 Chevrolet! |

thinks this is the front of it on the left |

As said here, all clues suggest that this truck is a ⇒ 1951 Chevrolet Advance-Design (Heavy-duty?) High rack |
