Is that a 'Ford' oval badge under the windscreen? |

It is - it's an Iveco-Ford Mobile Library, similar to this unit: Link to "cgi.ebay.co.uk" -- Last edit: 2007-04-17 17:00:30 |

Thumbs updated. There isn't actually a Ford oval. It seems that this kind of unit can be built on various trucks such as Iveco Cargo, Mercedes Atego or Leyland DAF. H883HUD plate is a dead end not listed on any plate checking site I've tried. Anyone good at IDing trucks by the wheels or have any insight into Oxfordshire mobile libraries? |

That plus the 1991 date means that this should be on a Ford Cargo then? (we seem only to list the 1992+ models as Iveco/Iveco-Ford for some reason though perhaps these need to be cleaned?) -- Last edit: 2015-11-12 19:39:24 |

Found several references on www.travellerhomes.co.uk that this type of bodywork was made by G.C. Smith (Coachworks) of Loughbourough and the pictures on the Ebay ad for S389 MRH confirm that:![]() ![]() |
