I can't tell if it's a Gran Fury or a Newport, but I can tell you that the LAPD definitely did use the R-body Gran Fury from 1979-1980. I don't know if Snookie can tell which one it is. -- Last edit: 2007-02-22 02:39:22 |

The R body Gran Fury was introduced in 1980. The R body Newport came in 1979 |

That doesn't mean anything. For all we know this could be a Newport. And even if it is a Gran Fury, that does not automatically mean it's a real LAPD car just because it looks like one. |
