 This is an iteresting mixture. In the basic it is a Vauxhall Velox EIPV of 1957. It has optional bonnet-motive and optional extra chrome on the wheels but has no spats. Because of the the bigger motive between rear window and rear door you can identify it as a Velox (the Wyvern had a smaller one).

I think this is the same Velox which was in the Ipcress File ( in an underground car park ) I have increased the brightness to try to make the Registration Number visible.

I could be wrong but the chrome trim looks different (shorter) to me, in the Ipcress File car. Could it be a Wyvern?

 The chrome side trim in '57 was identical and full length in the Velox and Wyvern ( shorter in '55 & '56 ) - I think it must just be hard to see in this clip.
I think they are the same car because both are the same colour, have no rear wheel spats, do have sun visors and the Reg.Numbers look similar.

 Plate is XYW 88 - /vehicle_189930-Vauxhall-Velox-EIPV-1957.html - Nov/Dec 59 issue at least 2 years too late for E-series so a re-registered car. Also The Ipcress car is /vehicle_14829-Vauxhall-Velox-EIPV-1957.html .
