Snookie ◊ 2006-12-03 17:58	Because the 9C1 was only available on the Impala from 1977 to 1980. In 1981, it was changed to F41. The 9C1 didn't reappear until 1986, when the restyled Caprice was issued.

You are saying GM dropped the RPO (SEO) 9C1 from 1981-85 B body and government agencys had to settle for the lesser RPO F41 option (which has been around for many years).
