I think it's an Alfa Romeo 500 rather than an Esatau. |

Was a marginal producton besides that better-known of luxury cars,started at end of Thirties';former were bonneted,then forward control cab;when that production was aborted 'cause ends full I-F motor vehicles production,bonneted trucks reborn in Brazil in late Forties'as early locally-made FNM(before to become next license-made Alfa Romeo trucks) |
