Body looks like Plymouth, but the face is 1957 Dodge, so, it is 1957 Dodge Mayfair, made in Canada. |

This is indeed a 1957 Dodge on the Plymouth 118 inches chassis , but not necessarily a Mayfair built in Canada. Given the context of the movie ,I rather think that this is a 1957 Dodge Kingsway Custom sedan ( D-64-3 six or D-65-3 V8).The Mayfair and Kingsway were almost the same car but Mayfairs were sold in the Canadian market.So if the movie action was Canada I would have said Mayfair.In Europe , Africa , India and Japan these models were designated as Kingsway. |
