GENERAL_LEE is correct. That's a 1969. The "full-circle grille" you are seeing is just a reflection off the paint. The 1969 Charger was the only second-gen Charger with a split grille. |

moparguy was right about the reflection. because of how dark the pic is at first glance I thought I saw a '71-'74. |

It's specifically a Charger R/T, it what appears to be F3 Light Green Iridescent, with a white "bumble bee" R/T tail stripe and the very rare dark green interior. The wheels appear to be aftermarket mags. |
