Yes, it is a Wolseley. The picture on the mentioned page shows the grille which is slightly different to the Morris version.

That is a rare vehicle, only build for six month in 1975, before the range was rebadged 'Princess' and the Wolseley marque sadly demised. As this was the last of the Wolseley's BL never bothered giving it a name. http://www.austin-rover.co.uk/brochures/3136_01.jpg
