Difficult to be sure of the year, but with such large hubcaps, it's 1948 or 1949. For these years, the only changes were in the front grille and in the rear lights, so it's difficult to say more. As for the model, with the doors almost of the same size, it's a Commander Land Cruiser 4-door sedan, the largest Studebaker of these years. |

I really can't make out any rear door vent windows so not a Land Cruiser. Appears to be a sedan with Regal Deluxe trim but can't tell much more from this distance. Also no way to tell this is a 1948. Could be anywhere from '47 to '51. (Not '52, as they had angled chrome gravel guards) |
