You might be right. Roofline and windshield are different. But this car doesn't look like Packard. |

More likely a 35/36 Packard town car, the large headlights are a European adaption. The fender appears to have the smooth flow down into the running boards. In 38 the front fender tucked in around the back of the sidemount spare |

The front bumper definitely looks like 1937. 1935-36 had large vibration dampers on the ends. |

Forgot to mention....the large headlights appear to be Marchal, identical to my English 1500's Marchal's |
