Definitely not a Dennis F46a. The cab shape is completely wrong and except for the 'scoosher' made for Strathclyde, the F46a was made exclusively in white for West Riding Fire Brigade. This looks like either an F26 or an F28.

Actually I've just looked those two models up on a Fire Engines site and I don't think it's either of those.

Its actually a Dennis F38 from about 1965 to 1969.
