Faked plate. NEB hadn't existed in the 60ies. It was issued just in the early 90ies for Nebra (GDR before 1990). |

This is not an 8000 S 13, but the earlier version called just the 8000. 8000 S 13 wasn't introduced until 1952, and had a bigger box-shaped extrusion on the bottom of the left side of the hood, between bumper and fender. |
