It looks somewhat alike, but I am not convinced, the bumper is different, so it the side window, the hood seems not exactly the same either. Could be an upgraded version of course...

It's an Isuzu (TF) grille, but that doesn't mean anything. Mash-ups are common in the filipino AUV scene. For instance the cab is styled like a later Ford Fiera, but it's probably a local copy.

It seems that lots of Fieras had been modified in Philippines, like these:

Considering its body apart from the modified Isuzu front, I'm setting this as a Ford Fiera.
