Surely a fake Italian plate. Italy abandoned provinces on plate in October 1993. Roma 4F1235 is a May 1992 plate. |

You are correct. So, this should be listed with the Made in RP/for RP tags. Additionally, this is a 2000-2001 facelift. 1998-1999 Cefiros in the Philippines didn't look like this.
