In the first years, the Roadster was only available in silver grey and it didn't have the chrome strips above the wheel arches. Since 1957 other colours became available. I think I can just see the clock (on the smaal door on the right of the dashboard), which was introduced in 1959, and since there seems to be no light for the rear license plate, this will have been in the missing overriders, introduced like that in September 1959. Therefore I'd say it's not a 1955 but a 1960+ model. |
