D541EFL or D541EXL; does the plate change with a change of ownership (like buying your leased car at the end of the lease) in the UK? Or did they use two identical cars? Or a fake plate? |

It is just another identical car, or a fake plate, as the plate should not change when the owner changes. |

This model 200 was literally a Honda with a Rover badge - except the 216 which had the British S-series engine! But in the 80s and early 90s it was just basically a common piece of street scenery found in suburbia - perfect for the whole joke abotu Hyacinth being so snobby. Now theyre really rare. |

Both cars are 1987-89 with those bumpers (the size of the black strips on them in particular). |
