dsl ◊ 2023-06-05 16:38	Compare UHK 383E seen in ep of Z-Cars in Merseyside/Lancashire. The twin roof signs is an unusual format. UHK 383E was Essex Jan-May 67, so likely factory registered, maybe as a police demonstrator, now floating around London.
