Yes ,Packard Eight 120 Sixteenth series model 1601 or 1602 of 1938. It is an all weather panel Brougham and could be a Rollston bodied car as shown by the upright windshield , but I lack details here .One can see the red Packard logos on the wheel hubcaps. |
