the car in the pic is an ED FALCON the badge on the side is blury in australia they came fitted with a 4.0 litre ohc staight six or a 5.0 litre ohv v8 windsor |

yeah i reckon it would have to be the 4.0 l model not to many falcon classics had the v8 most people bought the tickford models to get the v8 |

Would definitely be a 4.0 litre straight six (not V6). 5.0 litre V8 in an ED was only available in Fairmont Ghias and XR8s I believe. |

The 5 litre V8 engine was optional on GLi, Fairlane, Fairlane Ghia, Fairmont and Fairmont Ghia only but standard on the XR8 (which came out when the ED was released)! -- Last edit: 2008-12-20 14:25:58 |
