I Think, they only used a real Lexus, when Buddy breaks the window, release the handbrake and put the LS in Neutral gear. In fact: Even, on that photo above, the Lexus it doesn't look very real. And I don't think, they destroyed a real Lexus LS, if you watch the scene again, you will notice, that even when the car lands on its own roof upside down, the Lexus still looks like if it was a CGi car, still doesn't look very real.
