Fairmonts were only built from 1978-1983. If it has two headlights, it's 78-81 2d/4d/wgn, if it has four headlights it's a 78-81 Futura (coupe), or 82-83 any body style. |

The wagon here is 1981 at the latest. There were no '82 or '83 Fairmont/Zephyr wagons. Even though the Fairmont/Zephyr coupe and sedan existed in '82 and '83, the wagon versions were relegated as follows: 1982 Ford Granada wagon Mercury Cougar wagon 1983 Ford LTD (mid-size) wagon Mercury Marquis (mid-size) wagon |
