As far as I understand, this is either a 1939-41 BMW 327 or a 1939-41 BMW 327/328. Both with coach work by Ambi-Budd, Berlin. I cannot tell those models apart. |

I'm somewhat confused at the moment. My book, Hanns-Peter Rosellen, Das Weiss-blaue Wunder, Prisma Verlag 1987, says that Autenrieth (Darmstadt) made the convertibles whereas Ambi-Budd (Berlin) made the Coupés. Is that wrong? |
