Simplest possibility is 1990+ Rover Mini Cooper. More ambitious idea to match the black alloys (which are unusual for 1990s Mini versions) is 1994 Mini Cooper Monte Carlo edition which was red with white roof and coachline. 200 made for UK, and others for export to "several European countries" and Japan. |

IIRC the last year for the original Mini was 1981 in Norway. There are many newer Minis but these were often privately imported. Thus, not made for Norway if it really is one. |
