My first thought was Renault 11 GTL, but missing indicators in front bumper protection strip. |

How about Remault Alliance?? Tall windscreen from this angle and bonnet lines seem to match, also mirrors and bumpers. Not sure about the apparent roof crease, or how you'd explain one popping up here, so far away from its natural habitat .... |
