There are few Double-deck in US but think most details point out a GM "old Look" |

No resemblance what so ever. And if one wants to be technical it is a quad deck as opposed to a double deck. Link to "www.bing.com" |

I kinda see where opal might be coming from with the Old Look comment (the front does give me that vibe) but it's clearly not that. Could be an Leyland or Daimler maybbbeeeeee (if you squint hard enough) |
