I haven't found much reliable sources that KO-206 being made in Kovrov. Link in the following comment seems dead by now. I guess now correct link is Link to "kazan.raise.ru" I don't know why they use Kovrovets as maker, probably because they did not know real producer and decided that KO means Kovrovets. So probably only known Soviet maker of KO-206 is SZKM due reliable sources (which techstory.ru cerntainly is). Maybe there was annother producers. Now few plants making similar things KurganDorMash (KZDM-206) and ARZ Plavskiy (SnP-17). Maybe they did KO-206 before too. And maybe even Kovrovets was maker too.
