According to my book, Hennesseys in Cork - who had previously assembled Studebakers and Oliver tractors - built the full range of DKW products from 1952 to 1964, including cars, motorbikes, scooters, vans and "even at one point combine harvesters". Car production was approximately one per week. It all stopped soon after VW bought Auto-Union in 64. |
