It appears this is Engine 1 of the Elgin Fire Department, a 1975 American LaFrance Century Series. Served as Engine 1 from 1975 to 1989 when it was moved down to Engine 5 (depending on when these shots were filmed it was either Engine 1 or Engine 5 by that point). It then became a reserve truck , and then became a part of the Elgin Fire Academy until finally being retired in 2003 when it was sold to a private owner.
