It says “Midland Fire Department,” however, 2 KMEs local to Midland, TX -1993 belonging to city of Midland FD according to their Fire Wiki page and this 1994 KME that was auctioned off last year from neighboring Midland Northeast Volunteer Fire Department both of which don’t look like this main rig. Chances are, this rig was studio purchased or rented from afar.
