Sometimes you jump to 'Custom Made' too quickly... Page 10-11: Link to "www.fire.nsw.gov.au" ![]() These were built for use during the 2000 Sydney Olympics, primarily for use at the International Broadcasting Centre. The bright red one used by the fire brigade is identified on page 41 as a Frazer Nash Ox. The white police vehicle also appears to be a Frazer Nash: Link to "visforvoltage.org" - Looks like a Wentworth. Pictures of Frazer Nash buggies here show the license plate says 'Frazer Nash' above the number: Link to "www.wapcar.my" - Also has a condensed history of modern Frazer Nash. And this set of commemorative pins from the Sydney Olympics suggests Frazer Nash is responsible for all the buggies, including one with a classical profile matching the dark red '183': ![]() So what is Frazer Nash? Frazer Nash Research (FNR): FNR electric vehicle model names included 'Solar Baby' and 'Transporter'. Licensed copies were built in Malaysia under the name Eleksuria. ...and the Windsor: https://www.allcarindex.com/production/united-kingdom/frazer-nash-2/windsor -- Last edit: 2024-06-03 00:30:26 |

![]() any info if they actually did any chassis or just something common like Club Car DS with firberglass bodykit ? a problem with this name you get most reference to the british sports car maker ![]() ![]() https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frazer_Nash -- Last edit: 2024-06-03 17:38:17 (Lateef) |

They seem to have been designed more as low-speed electric vehicles like a Microcar or a TH!NK than golf carts. While this iteration of Frazer Nash shares only its name with the old sports car builder, they are the same Frazer Nash that built the Namir hybrid supercar concept. There is some more information on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kamkorp Sounds like it's all their own engineering. So maybe 'Golf Cart' category is fine. |
