The Mera was sold directly through Pontiac dealerships as a new car, never as a kit. For some reason Ferrari was not flattered and sued. Only 247 Meras were built, and survivors are now classics in their own right. Mera is possible, but the headlights and bumper don't quite match with examples I've found. Probably some other less official replica, but definitely Fiero based.
