 If it's RHD, I'd agree conversion likely as we never had RHD vans after Slough builds ended in 1950s. Also it has very late pimple indicators on front wings, which were 87-ish onwards.

 In one of the photos you can see 'Citroen 2CV Villevan' above the offside cabin window, which I think is a clue to its origins, Villevans being a Bury St Edmunds based company specialising in 2CV Van conversions (https://www.villevans.co.uk/conversions.htm). Also, their conversions seem to feature a separate cab roof panel, like Pearl's van and unlike the factory Fourgonnettes?

So presumably it was a UK-registered RHD 2CV that was converted into a van.
