Hm... Economy Coach or Superior Coach or Guy Barnette & Co... A D-pillar might help and I can't really see if the driver's door frame is rounded or edgy. I *think* it's edgy (= -Barnette) and along with the position of the tunnel lights and the Federal siren I believe this is a Superior ambulance rather than the Economy. ![]() |

Yeah, is Economy Coach Co. of Memphis, Tennessee. Just for the records: Acme, Meteor and Eureka also built Pontiac ambulances back then, but I already ruled them out. Edit: So many coachbuilders... Which one did I miss? The National Body Manufacturing Co. of Knightstown, Indiana, and they bodied the ambulance in question!
