It's an Alfa Romeo Alfetta. Bumpers are post-83 but harder to change hood/bonnet is pre-83 (not interchangable as it's shorter and requires different front wings). Also 4-headlight grille but with chrome rings and hood/bonnet with indent and no chrome strips are 1975-81 1.8 or 1977-81 1.6/1.8. I think I haven't forgotten anything!
