The A-pillar/front passenger window looks too square for a '40 Oldsmobile, and the trim on the firewall panel at the base of the A-pillar doesn't fit with '40 Buick. Maybe a ~1940-1942 Hudson? The style of the rear bumper is a good match. The headlight bucket may not be original to the car.
