Both are identical original livery today, with this looking slightly more like 650W plate than 645W, but too blurry to be definite. We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided FORD ESCORT RS 1980 Registration number: XEM 650W Body type: 2 Door Saloon Colour: White Date of first registration: January 1981 Production ended in July 80, as suggested by plate title, so this final batch for Merseyside were late registrations. They also had some V plates. |
