Clearly a 1998-2002 model, those hubcaps never fit the 03 and up models. |

wheels swap ? i don't know very much about them but would explain the older wheels and the painted pillar...  |

We could chalk it up to a repainting, if the wheels were swapped they'd be sticking out much further, so much so that the rear wheel would be completely in the light. |

It's a 1998 model, possibly a P71. The "fleet" body side molding is the giveaway. |
