NOT a Humvee (HMMWV). It is the front half cab of a Humvee and a modified hood. The center of the hood was cut, elevated and moved forward compared the sides of the hood. then something was used to fill the gaps to create the vertical parts of the hood. All of these are mounted to some chassis.
