Baskingshark ◊ 2022-05-08 00:57	This is the lead character's car at the start of season two. It seems like it may have been product-placed because she has a Simca 1000 in the first season. If so, the show didn't do a great job with it because this episode revolves around her trading it in because it is so unreliable (it breaks down at the start of the episode and when she gets her new car she talks about how relieved she is to not have to wonder if she's going to get to where she's going.) This is in spite of the fact that it would have been new or nearly-new at the time of filming. She trades it in and gets a Chevrolet Chevelle Convertible instead. -- Last edit: 2022-05-08 00:57:58
dsl ◊ 2022-05-08 02:15	1100, sold as 1204 in US, 1969-71. Metallic paint so likely GL or GLS, but I don't see GLS plaque in grille, although it might be there behind the caption.
