1999-2002 facelift for the Indonesian market (Thank god, finally another Opel Blazer to be listed for the site since the last one was from The Raid 2: Berandal)

Love this entry! Just popped in to verify [GMT330] was present :D

I did not know these were built in RI.

@rush when did the mirrors change for your market? Ours changed for MY 1999. The other Opel has the older 1995-1998 mirrors (our market) and the this entry has the 1999-2004 mirrors (our market). Both entries are listed as 1999s.

It was changed in mid-1999, along with changes to the front fascia with the stacked headlights.

Steel wheels but had side moldings, Montera trim.

From WHERE did you get that trim name and option list? What rules out a hackjob? I'm telling you many times, please PROVIDE your reliable sources and brochures. Stop guessing!

Taking liberation, Montera or Montera LN by the steel wheels. It got side moldings but in reality, that wasn't an option in those said two trims. I think Montera might be the safe bet without any other evidences were found. I'll double-check the brochures later.

RushCars24ID wrote 1996-1998 - Pre-Facelift
- Blazer = Self-named trim, which originally a base trim for 1996 only, before becoming a mid-spec trim from 1997 onwards. It is a DOHC model.
- SLi = Introduced for the 1997 model year as the new base trim; it is a SOHC model featuring sealed-beam headlights, black bumpers and no side moldings. The interior has a basic instrument cluster and lacks a console box.
- LT = Flagship DOHC trim, also introduced for the 1997 model year. Can be disguised by its two-tone color, featuring a standard bullbar and a leather interior with wood panels. A tonneau cover is also included.
- Z-Line = Limited edition model.

1999-2002 - Facelift
- Montera = Base SOHC trim, replacing the SLi; in a typical General Motors fashion, due to how basic it was, the Montera is available in different packages, which will be listed in the next section below.
- Blazer = Returning self-named mid-spec DOHC trim.
- LT = Returning flagship DOHC trim; options from the pre-facelift have been carried over.

1999-2002 Montera packages (later carried over to the Chevrolet-branded 2002-2005 model)
- Montera = The base Montera lacks almost everything; no foglights, no side moldings, no roof rack, no rear defogger, no rear wiper, no rear third-brake light and no console box. It is a seven-seater with a basic interior, completed with fabric seats. Exterior-wise, the bumpers were made out of steel and painted in black, with a basic one in the rear, while steel wheels are standard. Side mirrors can be only adjusted manually.
- Montera LN = If you thought that aforementioned Montera was basic enough to be a starter pack, technically it was actually this LN. It removes the third-row seats, making it a five-seater only (much like its North American counterpart), and it lacks a radio! Thankfully, you don't need to worry about that, since a few used Montera LNs have aftermarket radios installed by their owners.
- Montera LV = The LV adds the side molding, rear third-brake light and the interior console box that were missing in the base Montera. It also scores a standard bullbar and alloy wheels.
- Montera LS = A Montera LV with two-tone color options, semi-leather interior and body-colored bumpers.
- Montera Sport = A Montera that leans into the sportier side, featuring side fender cladding, a cowl hood scoop and five-spoke wheels. The Montera Sport also scores a roof rack.
