@dhill That's the VIN system for NA market I believe. But the vehicle identification number of our domestic built vehicles system is completely different with any other countries. We don't use 17 digit VIN tag for domestic built vehicles, and there's no way to identify the model year through the stickers or license plate info. For example, here's a TWDM 2007 Camry, all the necessary info to identify this car is in the links. https://used.carnews.com/car-search/29114 However, you still need to check for the license plate to know when it was built (Nov 2006 in this case). ![[Image: download4.1.jpg]](http://pics.imcdb.org/26550/25/download4.1.jpg) Even at this point you still have no way of knowing the model year.
