It’s only a tarted up Honda or something, who cares?

Well the tarted up "Honda" deserves more than a soulless SUV or a minivan. Maybe not much, but better [:kiki]

Infiniti is owned by Nissan, not Honda.

That’s even worse!

Now, in the 1933 version of The Invisible Man, they appear to have wrecked a Voisin. That’s tragic.

I've got a G37

and it's subtly elegant (dealer promo by J-Collection).

I've owned two tarted up Hondas (and two regular ones), and I miss them. They were good handling cars.

This one is part of the Nissan Skyline family, and unlike Honda, has RWD and a V6. And while it may not be your cup of tea, it is one of the last notable affordable coupes made. They have a following and are sought after. And soon (real soon!), glorified golf carts are going to be the norm (some though are quite quick), and all things with ICE will be retro/collectable. So no, it's not quite the shame of destroying a hand-made, one-of-a-kind automobile, but this one is special for today's market.

My daily driver is also RWD, but no V6.

I just cannot get excited over the destruction of a mass produced vehicle of which thousands of copies exist. As far as driving milk carts is concerned, if the human race wishes to continue living on this planet then it will be goodbye to fossil fuel power, I am convinced that I have bought my last ic engined car.

I was intrigued by these G35 and G37 coupes after finding some orphan models (3 Skylines and one Infiniti) - we only got the Infiniti G37 here for a short period, and hardly any were sold, so it quietly disappeared. Which meant the models were cheap as no-one at swapmeets recognised them :) .

But they are more than just hairdressers cars - basically 350Z/370Z oily bits with neat grand touring bodywork.

Interesting, I didn't even notice that two G35s were used for filming. Good to know.
