And Wikipedia says this about it: "The ship was registered under the Panamanian flag and mostly home-ported in San Juan, Puerto Rico, sailing in the Caribbean year-round." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Century_Harmony So my guess is that this is Puerto Rico.
