May 1984+ for black strip on rear panel; this was the facelift where 3500 gained fuel injection and an EFi badge in that strip No EFi badge here, so it's 2600 VdP which was launched in May 84 revamp. I don't see side indicators, so before Sept 85. Also possible they did a blinged up 2400 SD VdP for Europe like this one with lots of bells and whistles, but if they did, I don't think it would have had the alloys seen here.

New info - there was never a 2400 SD VdP for anywhere, so this one is solid as 2600 VdP. Some countries got a 2400 SDL as a slight upgrade of ordinary SD 2400, but Germany seems to have avoided any SD 2400, only receiving 2600 and 3500 versions from 1978 until production end.
