Even though this episode was filmed in the U.S. Virgin islands, it might be a Japanese import, especially that NADA Guides says it was sold in the U.S. only in 1971 but not as a 4 door sedan, while it is uncertain if it has rear side markers. At the same time, 4 door versions have also appeared in Hawaii-Five-O which makes me wonder if it was sold only in those certain island regions:
