dsl ◊ 2021-01-19 19:46	PXW 978 = London, Jan 55 to Jan 56 "allocated in blocks", and matches 55+ date for roof lights. Most London FX3s in our collection occur within repeating plate series, but I can't see another FX3 (or an FL1) in PXW, so as FL1 tended to be oddball examples rather than batches, it nudges this one towards FL1.
